Eagle Crest Care Center - Congregate Living Health Facility-12 Beds
Stallion obtained the property at 1733 E Alluvial Ave, Fresno CA. and developed and constructed this 12-bed facility to provide services such as brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation and ventilator care. The scope of this project included, but was not limited to, providing proper entitlements through the City of Fresno, developing the parcel to get it ready for the construction phase and constructing the facility, obtaining all the proper equipment needed to operate it, and certifying the building as needed. A license to operate was obtained through the CDPH (California Department of Public Health) followed by accreditation of the facility with the Joint Commission golden standard accreditation program. Stallion also obtained all the proper insurance agreements to be able to accept the patients and open for business 152 days after the construction had started. After 3 months in operation, the facility was at a 100% occupancy.

An inpatient hospice facility which is currently under construction. Targeted open date is the fall of 2019. Heritage Crossing, the Valley’s premier and unparalleled hospice inpatient facility, will open fall of 2019. As many as 24 patients at a time will be served by a care team comprised of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers. Heritage Crossing will be a place where patients and their loved ones can spend the most precious days of their lives being cared for and—most importantly—together.

Designed for residents who need more day-to-day assistance than independent living, assisted living communities have staff and programs in place that support and assist residents with daily living and basic care in a homelike or apartment setting.
